What we collect

When you request a Visibility Snapshot, we collect the business name, website, location, category, and email address you submit. If you contact us directly, we keep whatever you send us.

How we use it

• To research and prepare your Search & AI Visibility Snapshot
• To email you the Snapshot once it's ready
• To follow up if you've asked about deeper diagnostic work

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list you didn't explicitly ask to join.

How we store it

Your submission is stored and used only for the purpose above. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

How long we keep it

We retain Snapshot request data for as long as reasonably needed to deliver your Snapshot and respond to any follow-up, and no longer than 12 months from your submission unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

Email hello@revealta.com any time to ask what we have on file, or to have it deleted.
